STUDENTS AND NON-STUDENTS ARE WELCOME!
Women's Issues Now (WIN) is a student organization dedicated to bringing awareness to the many issues women, along with many other minority groups, face. We do this by fundraising for and volunteering at local charities, attending conferences and compiling information, hosting and sponsoring local events, networking with other student organizations at GRCC as well as networking with outside parties, and holding weekly meetings to discuss and plan for future activities. We have been involved with subjects ranging from human trafficking and domestic violence to body image and female leadership. Our goal is to inspire others to become familiar with similar subject matter. Though we primarily focus on the issues involving women, WIN is open to both males and females, and we aim towards having a diversified group. Women's issues are everyone's issues!
During the Fall 2015 semester, meeting are being held every Friday in Room 323 Main, unless otherwise noted.
