3rd Annual Advancing Latino Male Achievement (ALMA) Conference Registration

"We know what we are, but know not what we may be."

Join us for San Antonio College’s 3rd Annual Conference on Latino Male success!  The goal of this one-day conference is to provide men of color with opportunities for personal and professional growth, promote community leadership, and encourage the pursuit of opportunities in higher education, so that they may achieve their goals and have a positive impact on their lives and the lives of others.

Cost: FREE     Lunch and giveaways provided!    Scholarships awarded.

Date and Time: Thursday, May 19, 2016: 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Location: McCreless Auditorium 

Eligibility: This is a community-wide conference, and you do not need to be a SAC or Alamo Colleges student to attend.  The conference is geared towards young men of color, but all men are eligible and encouraged to attend.  Minimum age: 17 years old.

Special Guest: Sonny Melendrez

Topics include health and wellness, financial planning, SAC Enrollment and Admission Steps, and My Bucket List.
