Organization Purpose Statement

The Mathematics and Statistics Club at Georgia State University hopes to bring together students with similar interests in the field of mathematics or statistics. Math Stats Club is a student-run organization tailored for both graduate and undergraduate students attending Georgia State University and any of it’s affiliates. The club achieves this purpose by providing a series of events that highlight different areas in mathematics or statistics on a regular basis. These events include, but are not limited to, presentations, discussions, social gatherings, competitions, and other activities that facilitate student-faculty and student-student interaction.
