Membership Requirements

To be eligible, a person must maintain a GPA of 2.0 or higher, must be a Georgia State Student, Graduate Student, Alumni, or faculty member. Also, some form of grappling experience if preferred but not mandatory. If the person has no grappling experience, he/she must first sit in for two sessions, before participating.

No

If YES, include the cost of dues and how often they must be paid.

Due to being a Tier 1 club at Georgia State University, we receive a healthy budget each year that has proven to be enough to cover competition fees and anything else we may need. As a result it is no longer necessary to charge for club membership. If these circumstances change in the future, then we will revise this portion of the club.
