Major Event Venue Reservation Request Form: Summer 2013 - Spring 2014
BE SURE TO DOWNLOAD A PDF COPY OF ALL SUBMITTED REQUEST FORMS AT THE END OF THE SUBMISSION PROCESS, AS THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET A COPY OF YOUR SUBMISSIONS FOR YOUR RECORDS.
University departments and recognized student organizations can submit the following form to request reservations of the following major event venues through May 2, 2014: Blackman Auditorium, Fenway Center, afterHOURS, and the Curry Student Center Ballroom, McLeod Suites, Fourth Floor Suites, West Addition, and Indoor Quad.
BEFORE COMPLETING THIS FORM, however, please check the availability of your desired venue space and date through our online scheduling service center: Virtual EMS; only requests for available spaces will be considered.
Faculty/staff members should log in to the myNEU portal, then select the "Meeting & Event Space Scheduling" link in the "Faculty/Staff Services" channel of the "Services and Links" tab.
Members of recognized student organizations should visit https://nuevents.neu.edu; contact CSI Scheduling for log-in credentials.
Once in Virtual EMS, select "Browse for Space" from the main menu; click the blue question mark near the upper right of each page for helpful tips on how to navigate the system.
