Cancellations

  • If your event is cancelled, you must submit the Event Cancellation Form.
  • If your event is scheduled to be in an SSC meeting room, you must submit this form at least 48 hours (2 days) before your event start time.
  • If your event is scheduled to be in the Live Oak Ballroom, you must submit this form at least 96 hours (8 days) before your event start time.
  • Failure to submit this form by the appropriate deadline will result in a no-show fine of $15 to your organization's account.

Accommodations
For disability-related accommodations, contact the Event Services office, and if necessary, the Disability Resource Center at least 7 business days prior to the event.
