Room/Table Reservations in the OC
It is important that you read this document in its entirety before you schedule, as it will provide you with the information needed for booking your events.
You will only be able to reserve rooms for two (2) student organizations.
The Reservations office is located in Room 118 Oakland Center. You can put in your room reservation request on GrizzOrgs. Please make sure you plan ahead and reserve your rooms early!. To expedite this booking process, please complete the form listing your meetings and social events identifying the date(s), the time(s), the type of event, and the anticipated attendance. All events will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
In an effort to meet the needs of our diverse customers, room assignments are the sole discretion of the Oakland Center Administration and Reservations office. The Oakland Center Reservations Office reserves the right to bump or move groups. Every effort will be made to accommodate groups that may be displaced and you will be notified by phone or email. It is your responsibility to carefully review all confirmation sheets in regards to any room changes or when we are not able to accommodate you on a specific date. Please note that the Oakland Center is not responsible for items left in rooms. Please make sure that the room is clear of all belongings at the end of your event.
