E-Market Request Form (Accepting Credit Card Payments Online) (2017/2018)
The Credit Card Website Request Form is to be filled out by student organizations wishing to accept credit card deposits through an online website. These credit card deposits can be used for fundraising/donations, event tickets, and membership dues (items such as t-shirts or other goods cannot be sold through a credit card website).
For FIRST TIME E-Market sites, the Credit Card Website Request Form must be completed at least 30 calendar days (including advisor's signature) in advance of the date you wish the website to go live - If this time frame is not met, we will not be able to assist with your request.
If your organization had an E-Market site from a past year, your completed Credit Card Website Request From must be submitted 15 days prior to the date you wish the site to go live.
Please also keep in mind that E-Market sites can only be edited once during this process - please include any and all information we might need to make your E-Market a success.
