a. Date Night (i.e. “A Night in Paris”)
i. Select theme/country for setting:
1. Paris

ii. Shuttle available by Ricci Realty
iii. Provide food, beverages and play film that correlates with chosen theme
iv. Host a Magic Act (or have this as a separate event)
v. PRESENT IDEA TO SENIOR CENTER ON SEPTEMBER 17TH @1145 BEFORE SELECTING THEME

b. Pancake Breakfast 2011
i. Start obtaining donations from local grocery stores and restaurants
ii. Begin advertising early
iii. Raffle prizes can be more than just gift baskets and gift certificates
iv. Select a date that does not conflict with Chapman students schedule (i.e. spring break)

c. Dia de los Muertos Celebration
i. Make traditional alter on campus
ii. Sell typical food
1. Mexican Bread
2. Candy
3. Tamales
4. Drinks: Horchata, Jamaica, tamarindo

 

4. Meeting Days and times
a. OSC and CISSA will meet (if necessary) on Fridays between the hours of 0700-0900
