Renew Your Org

Please remember to renew your OrgSync Portals by updating your current officers and organization information, if you have not already. This will allow you to continue receiving all the great benefits, such as being able to request funding from SGA Appropriations and make room reservations on campus.

Also, your approval to participate in Get A Clue (8/22/18) is contingent upon your portal being renewed. Don't forget to sign your organization up here for the great day!

Barefoot On The Mall

Barefoot on the Mall is almost here! This Thursday from 3pm to 8pm, come out for Kiiara and Jesse McCartney as well as food trucks, tie-dye, wax hands, Starbucks and of course, this years Barefoot t-shirt! Plus, check out almost 100 student organizations (we are still accepting requests for student organizations to table) and even more!!!

It will for sure be the best Barefoot yet!

2018 Summer Orientation Involvement Fairs Registration

The Summer Orientation Involvement Fairs will run from 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. with set-up and check-in beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center each day. 

The dates are: June 11, June 13, June 18, June 20, June 25, June 27, July 2, July 9 July 11, and July 16.

All participating student organizations will share a table with another organization. All participating campus departments will have their own table. Table cloths will be provided....

SGA's 'Voice Your Vote' and Student Organization Tabling

Space is available for 10 organizations to set up at the SGA Elections Voice Your Vote event on Wednesday, February 21 from 3-5pm in the Student Recreation Center. This event will give students a chance to learn about candidates for SGA office, get food and giveaways, and have fun with organization performances, a live broadcast from WZMB, and vote. Organizations must be set up by 3:00pm and stay until 5:00pm.

Student Involvement Fair: Home Run Derby and Org Fair - March 19th!

Student Involvement Fair at the ECU Athletics Home Run Derby will be held on Monday, March 19th, 2018 from 3pm-6pm at the Clark-LeClair Stadium. Check in begins at 2:30 PM.

Please note, due to limited space availability only student organizations are eligible to participate. We will have other opportunities for departments in the Spring.
