NC Civility Summit

Student Involvement and Leadership, in collaboration with other campus partners, NC Civil and Pitt Community College will host the Third Annual NC Civility Summit THIS Saturday, February 17, 2018.

Summer Jobs & Service Fair - Feb 8th (INVOLVEMENT OPPORTUNITY)

The Office of Student Activities and Organizations (SAO) is working in collaboration with the Career Center and Center for Leadership and Civic Engagement to offer a Service, Summer Jobs and Internships Fair in the Student Recreation Center on Thursday, February 8th! Check-in begins at 12pm. The event will last from 1pm until 4pm.

Student Involvement Fair: Home Run Derby and Org Fair - Feb 26th!

Student Involvement Fair at the ECU Athletics Home Run Derby will be held on Monday, February 26th, 2018 from 3pm-6pm at the Clark-LeClair Stadium. Check in begins at 2:30 PM.

Please note, due to limited space availability only student organizations are eligible to participate. We will have other opportunities for departments in the Spring. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration

​Tamika Mallory, Activist, Founder of Mallory Consulting and the National Co-Chair for the 2016 Women’s March on Washington, will be the keynote speaker for the Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration Wednesday, January 17 at 7 p.m. in Wright Auditorium. 

Please plan to attend and encourage fellow members of your student organizatons to attend as well! 


New Student Organization Registration Request

New student organizations MUST have at least TEN members to establish an organization including the President and Treasurer, who must be different individuals and must maintain at least 10 active student members.

Chancellors Student Leadership Academy

The Chancellor's Student Leadership Academy (CSLA) will be hosting a Spring 2018 cohort. Students who participate in this program have the opportunity to meet with and learn from some of the most engaging leadership educators from the ECU and Greenville communities. Student Organization Check-Up

This form will be used by the Office Student Activities and Organizations (SAO) to stay in contact with student organizations periodically throughout the school year and learn how to better meet the needs of their respective organizations, provide tools and resources, as well as increase the flow of communication.

Student Organization Name Change

This form is used to request a name change for your registered student organization. Representatives from the Office of Student Activities and Organizations (SAO) will review requests in the order they are received, then communicate actions to be taken or if additional information is needed. It is required for you to submit a revised constitution with this form. This timeline should take place within 7 to 10 business days of the form submission.

2017-2018 Organization Mailbox Sign-Up

This form will be used for student organizations to register for an organization mailbox for the 2017-2018 academic year. There are a limited number of mailboxes still available so do not relay signing up! Mailboxes will be given out on a first-come, first serve basis.  The deadline for submitting this form for the Spring semester is Tuesday January 30th.
