Reed Digital Signage Advertisment Submission

Submissions MUST be made a minimum of TWO WEEKS prior to the start of your event. (Any submission that does not follow this rule will be rejected.) All organizations, clubs, and departments must complete this form to submit an advertisement to the Digital Signage system.

Submissions for clubs and organizations via this form will run in the Reed Union Building; Division of Student Affairs submissions will play in all digital signage locations across campus including the Reed Union Building. For questions regarding Reed Digital Signage should contact Christa Morris ( in the Office of Student Activities.
