Notice of Participation Form

If a few members of your student organization would like to participate in a tournament, exhibition, pick-up game, or other related activity with non-SCU individuals, then complete and submit this form. Your form will be reviewed by the Center for Student Leadership in consultation with the Department of Athletics and Recreation. Submitting this form does not guarantee that your request will be approved.

IMPORTANT: 

1) Registered student organizations (RSOs) that play sports or other competitive activity are NOT permitted to compete against non-SCU entities. Such RSOs may have pick-up or organized games for SCU students only. This form is only for requests for situations where a few students in your organization would like to participate in a tournament, exhibition, pick-up game, or other related activity with non-SCU individuals.

2) If your student organization has a volunteer instructor (non-student), then that individual may NOT participate as a player or coach for your group in the event/activity listed on this form.

3) The members of your student organization participating in this event/activity may not use the name Santa Clara University, Broncos, or other related names to identify themselves during this event/activity.

4) And the members of your student organization participating in this event/activity may not wear Santa Clara uniforms or other apparel with Santa Clara logos, names, colors, etc during this event/activity.
