Step towards a healthier lifestyle


The Wellness Challenge 2012 is a free opportunity for students/faculty/staff to compete against each other individually or as a team to work on their health while competing to win prizes.

Points are earned by participating in physical activities, nutrition habits, mind-enhancing events, gaining relationships, and keeping health on track. The points are submitted on the Student Health Orgsync page under the forms sidebar once a week and the individual/team who recieved the highest total points for the week is given a prize. Also there will be a random drawing each week to win a second prize.

The Challenge begins Feburary 6th and runs through March 2nd.
