As students and organizations are interested in planning events or drives to support victims of Harvey's destruction we wanted to make sure you had a location to find the most up to date information on how you can support. Listed below you will find information that helps you to make wise choices to ensure your efforts provide the most impact. Check back regularly for updates.

The devastating backlash of Hurricane Harvey has put many families, homes, schools, and jobs under extreme flooding and destruction. The people of Texas could use all the help that it could possibly obtain through donations. Here are some of the ways here in Lubbock that you can help the victims and their families who were affected by this catastrophic storm.

American Red Cross of Lubbock

Accepting: (Monetary donations) ONLY.
ONLINE  (Select to support Hurricane Harvey)
Or, mail to their physical location at 2201 19th Street, Lubbock TX 79401.

South Plains Food Bank

Accepting: (Monetary Donations ONLINE, Ready to Eat Items, Toiletries and Personal Hygienic Products.)
Or, at their physical location at 5605 M.L.K. Jr Blvd, Lubbock, TX 79404

Lubbock Salvation Army

Accepting: (Monetary Donations ONLY) ONLINE
Donations can also be made at ANY local Walmart at Checkout

United Supermarkets/ Market Street

The United Family has pledged to match donations collected up to $10,000. Donations of $1.00 or more can be made at checkout at any location, and proceeds will go to the American Red Cross.
