Student Organization Registration opened on April 1st for all student organizations and has to be submitted by Monday, August 28, 2017. Organizations that do not submit their registration by this date will be disabled for the rest of the year. Due to large a number of organizations submitting their registration so close to the deadline it could take 2 weeks to a 1 month for them all to be reviewed. To ensure your organization is quickly approved, make sure you submit your registration with all of the REQUIRED ITEMS.

You can check to see if your organization is registered by viewing the profile on the front page of your OrgSync portal. The registration year is listed and indicates if your organization is up to date or not. We are aware that your organization cannot reserve rooms until you are registered, this is why we opened registration a month and half before reservations opened on May 15th.
For all other questions, please email

All student organizations are required to attend a Risk Management Training each year. If your organization did not attend the Student Org Academy in the spring or attend one of the trainings this past April you need to attend one of the trainings this fall to avoid being disabled. Check the LIST to see if your organization has completed the training and required assessment. If you are sure that your organization attended a training in the spring then the attendee has not completed the assessment. Follow these INSTRUCTIONS to see how to find and complete the assessment. The date listed on the instructions is for the Student Org Academy so if you attended
one of the later dates in April find that date instead.
