2016-2017 Student Org Registration Reminder

Student Organization Registration for the 2016-17 Academic Year is now open. To maintain the benefits of being a registered student organization organizations must renew by August 29, 2016.

Registration Process

The registration process is a 3-step process:

  1. Review your organization's Constitution and Bylaws. The Student Handbook requires that an organization’s constitution and/or by-laws should address a minimum of these areas: purpose, membership selection and removal, officer titles, duties, election and removal, departmental and/or external relationships, financial procedures, procedures for decision making, advisor selection and expectations, and parliamentary authority.
  2. Review and Update your OrgSync Profile Settings. Click here for a complete walk through.
  3. Complete and upload a signed copy of the University Policy Agreement into the end of your organization's registration in OrgSync. (Sport clubs will need to complete THIS University Policy Agreement & Fraternities and Sororities will need to complete THIS University Policy Agreement)

Important to Note:

We recommend using Google Chrome, FireFox or Safari when completing your OrgSync Registration. Internet Explorer will not work when completing OrgSync Registration

The OrgSync Registration form is built using “Logic” you may get different pages based on how you answer each question

Read all instructions carefully 

The names on your UPA must match the names reported in the OrgSync Settings Update
