Join Risk Intervention & Safety Education (RISE), the Dean of Students Office, Student Resolution Center, the Student Counseling Center, and the Gender Equity Council in the TLPDC for a discussion of how Title IX protects and addresses some of our specialized populations on campus, including LGBTQ students, faculty and staff, pregnant students, and others. Passionate Politics: The Life & Work of Charlotte Bunch

In celebration of Women's History Month, PASSIONATE POLITICS brings Charlotte's story to life, from idealistic young civil rights organizer to lesbian activist, to internationally recognized leader of a campaign to put women's rights, front and center, on the global human rights agenda. Charlotte has been both a product and creator of her times: every chapter in her life is a chapter in the story of modern feminist activism, from its roots in the 1960's struggles for social justice to international campaigns against gender-based violence today.

Drag Show

The TTU Gay-Straight Alliance, Residence Halls Association, RISE, CCAAC, and PFLAG-Lubbock are teaming up to bring you the 7th Annual TTU Drag Show! Come see this amazing show as professional and amateur Lubbock drag queens perform LIVE! The event is open to the TTU and Lubbock community! Gender-neutral restrooms will be available and the TTU Band Lot, just south of the SUB, will be open for parking. General entry is FREE, or you can get early VIP entry at 7:30pm with a TTU Drag Show 2016 wristband ($1 pre-sale, contact TTUGSA@gmail.com, $2 at the door). Donations are highly encouraged as all proceeds with go toward the PFLAG - Lubbock scholarship. Come out and enjoy the TTU Drag Show 2016!

Students do you want to showcase aspects of your culture? Now is your chance. You’re invited to wear your cultural attire throughout Diversity Week 2016. Students send us your pictures via Twitter and Instagram using #‎Diversity2016 and be entered to win a prize. Each student is limited to 1 picture entry.
