Motivating the Middle - Reducing Apathy in Your Organization

Utilizing TJ Sullivan’s philosophy of ‘Motivating the Middle’ you will learn ways to motivate your org members.
Once a Month, Student Involvement sets up a table from 11am-2pm in the SUB to answer any questions you have about Student Involvement, to promote upcoming Student Involvement Events,and to help you get connected to Texas Tech. Stop by and say 'Hi'!

The Student Org Academy is a one day, on-campus conference for Student Org Officers to learn more about their role as a Student Org Officer, gain valuable tools and resources, network with other Student Org Officers, and more! Our Spring 2016 Keynote Speaker will be Dr. George Comiskey.
It is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED that all current and prospective student org officers attend the Student Org Academy.
Throughout the Spring 2016 semester, Student Involvement will be having an OrgSync contest each month for Student Orgs to compete for up to $50 for their organization! To participate, submit your entry on Social Media the week of the contest. More details and contest guidelines can be found on each of the contest's OrgSync events. Click on the contest icons for more information.
