It is Time to Submit Your Semester Requests for Fall 2014!
On Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 6:30am, the University Union Event Services Office will begin accepting requests for space for general meetings for the Fall Semester, 2014. Student Organization priority scheduling will be given to requests received on that day.
Student Organization requests received during the priority period are processed prior to any other requests from the Campus community and are processed in the order they are received. Please be careful not to submit before 6:30 am on 4/9/14: Any request submitted before 6:30am will be declined and will need to be re-submitted after that time to be considered for priority scheduling.
Requests may be submitted in writing on the form in your mailbox, or online using OPUS at https://vems.uu.csus.edu/. You must submit an OPUS Account request by 4:30pm on Tuesday, April 8th.
SPECIAL MEETINGS, EVENTS OR CONFERENCES (start with SO&L office)
Facilities for special events may be requested up to two years in advance. You must meet with your Student Organization & Leadership Adviser to start this process.

Please complete all information on your requests. Incomplete forms may cause a delay in processing your request.

CONFIRMATION OF SPACE
We will process your request as soon as possible. We may not be able to schedule all requests due to space limitations. Your request does not guarantee space.
PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME YOUR REQUESTS HAVE BEEN BOOKED OR PUBLICIZE ANY EVENTS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR WRITTEN RESERVATION CONTRACT(S) CONTRACT.
Please look for our sign in your club mailbox telling you your reservations are ready. Then come to the Event Services Office to pick up your reservation contract which will tell you what space(s) you have been assigned for the semester.
