Advertising Request Form

All requests for advertising by Student Organizations and University Departments are submitted via this form including requests for poster/flyer approval, digital signage displays, OSL Broadcast email submissions, and Elevator Poster approval.  Student Organizations may also request their university-sponsored campus events being held off-campus be added to the University's Master Calendar via this form. ALL advertising submissions must be submitted in PDF format or .JPEG.

  • OSL Broadcast Emails are sent on Tuesdays during the academic year.  Submissions must be received on Monday by 12 noon to be included. Programs must be open to all students.

  • Approval for flyers may take 1-3 business days

  • Flyers cannot exceed 8 1/2" x 11" and can be displayed on campus bulletin boards at any time preceding the program.

  • Digital sign submissions must follow the Digital Signage Policies and can be displayed for up to 5 days prior to the program.  Programs must be open to all students.

  • All advertisements must include this accessibility statement: “Accommodation requests related to a disability should be made by [specific date] to [sponsoring department contact person, phone number, and email address]”.

  • Elevator posters will now only be approved in the Office of Student Life. OSL will hand stamp the elevator poster. If any poster without this stamp is found in the elevators, it will be removed. Additionally, posters found in elevators more than 24 hours before the event will be removed.

    • Elevator Posters cannot exceed 11" x 17" and can be displayed in 5 elevators (McDonough Hall ONLY) 24 hours preceding the program.  Only 3 programs a day will be displayed and they must meet the Elevator Posting Policies.
