CUB Digital Signs

This form is used to request space on digital signs within the CUB.  Please read below for more information

1.  The only format accepted is jpg or png of 11x17 vertical poster designs. 

2.  All posters must contain the following information

     a.  Name of event/promotion

     b.  Date of event/promotion

     c.  Location of event/promotion if applicable

     d.  Group sponsoring event and contact info

     e.  Statement of accessibility: "Please email email address of contact if you anticipate any barriers to your access, participation, transportation to, or inclusion in this event."

**No submissions will be accepted if the event is not yet registered**

3.  Digital sign submissions will be reviewed every Monday morning

4.  Submissions will not run on any screen longer than one week

5.  Submissions may not be featured on every digital sign depending on the amount of content available at one time

6. Groups may not submit more than one digital sign for marketing per week

7.  Design submissions must meet the University standards for advertising and posting within the community

 

Deadline: Digital Sign Submissions must be submitted by Thursday at 11:59 pm to be posted in the upcoming week
