Position Description:

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Leadership Development, the student will assist in the planning, facilitation, and support of the 2017 Hatter Trek programs, including but not limited to:

  • Work 5-8 hours per week (depending on the time of year)
  • Oversee the marketing and communication surrounding the 2016 Hatter Treks
  • Support the planning and scheduling of each of the Hatter Treks
  • Contribute in the selection and training of student facilitators
  • Support After Hatter Trek programs
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Candidate should be organized, energetic, and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Have a passion for supporting incoming students
  • Have previously served as a Hatter Trek Facilitator and/or Coordinator
  • Must be eligible to serve as a Hatter Trek Facilitator in Summer 2017 (thus cannot be graduating before December 2017)


  • Paid bi-weekly on an hourly basis (hours/pay rate will be determined based on financial need)
