Through this page you will be able to view and download all of the resources necessary to complete and submit your annual Budget Proposal, as well as view our forms and apply for Individual Conference Funding.

The Budget Allocation Council (BAC) is a council within the Student Government Association (SGA). We are committed to judiciously distributing the Student Activities Fee (SAF) funding every semester to active student organizations under the policies and guidelines the Budget Allocation Council has developed and implemented.
