Hello and welcome to Launch STEM Careers!

Launch is a club dedicated to volunteering, networking, and preparing students for successful careers in their respective STEM fields. We volunteer at a local elementary school to do STEM projects with 4th-6th grade girls, inspiring the next generations of women in STEM. We do fun projects, such as foam rockets, light up valentines day cards, vacations math, amongst others. Any student is welcome to join the club and volunteer!

Portal Information

The Launch STEM Careers program, also known as Launch, aims to increase the interest of young girls on STEM programs and, further on, careers, as well as help students create invaluable connections through networking events and talks. Launch consists of volunteers, known as mentors, and young elementary school girls. The mentors will guide the girls through fun, enriching, one-day projects that incentive them to pursue STEM careers. Along with the volunteering, Launch will also host one-on-one networking events and talks, where students can interact with accomplished, outstanding women who specialize in STEM fields and can give invaluable advice.
