It’s a good opportunity to de-stress and re-energise yourself weekly along with meeting other yogis on campus!
The session will consist of beginner-medium level techniques, and anyone even with no prior experience, can join. (Please be on time: 9 – 10 AM @ Practice Room 1, Level 3, Stephen Riady Center, UTown)
