Have you ever thought of joining a fraternity at Wright State? Greek communities offer limitless opportunities for academic, leadership, social, and personal development. Fraternities will help you find your niche on campus, be your home away from home, offer resources to help achieve your academic goals, encourage you to get involved in campus organizations, let you play on a winning intramural sports team, and give you a group of friends that will praise you when you’re successful and support you when the going gets tough.

The purpose of the Inter--fraternity Council shall be:
a. To coordinate activities of fraternities on campus.
b. To provide a forum for discussion of fraternities.
c. To set up and enforce recruitment policies approved by the IFC.
d. To foster mutual understanding and cooperation between the fraternities, the University, administration, faculty, and other organizations.
e. Promote the interest and welfare common to both the fraternities and the University. IFC, as the representative body of the Inter-fraternity system, shall be binding on all member chapters unless specifically waived by formal action on the Inter-fraternity Council.
f. To encourage and incite meaningful activities within the Greek System.
g. To promote the development of brotherhood and service enterprises of all Wright State University fraternity chapters.
h. To promote effective leadership within member chapters.
i. To foster and preserve good scholarship.
