Welcome to 7 Elements at Tulane University (7eTU) !
We believe in making the world a more sustainable and equitable place through the education of global citizens and development initiatives in Latin America (Dominican Republic, Haiti, Peru, and Belize).
Join is in learning about sustainability, human security, and development through international service learning!
Visit our website at 7elements.global for more information.
We believe the best way to address todays global issues is to create a new generation of engaged global citizens with advanced levels of critical thinking abilities. Our service-learning programs are suited to give you a first-hand experience of the many correlations and inter-dependencies between poverty, environmental degradation, migrations, global instability and the links to our “developed world” society. While participating in various engaging projects and activities and contributing to the alleviation of human insecurities in local communities, our students will increase their awareness of their role in the global society, creating or alleviating poverty and environmental degradation. 7 Elements at Tulane will engage in this mission by learning about development and participating in international service-learning initiatives.
