The Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice is The Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice (IFTJ) is an annual gathering for members of the Ignatian family (Jesuit institutions and larger church) to come together in the context of social justice and solidarity to learn, reflect, pray, network, and advocate together. It is a place where people are empowered, re-energized, inspired, challenged, and supported by a community that sees faith and justice integrally linked.
Seattle University is seeking a delegation of students interested in exploring the intersections of social justice, faith and political advocacy.
After you complete your application please make a $40 deposit in Campus Ministry.
While each participant is accountable for contributing & raising funds, the cost of the trip, including airfare & conference fees is both subsidized by campus ministry, and the group's collective fundraising efforts. Finances should not be a barrier to the trip - email Marilyn if you have questions or come to our information night!
