We learn a variety of vintage ballroom dance styles covering 500 years of history.
Regular Dance Lessons are Mondays 7pm at UCLA Kerckhoff Hall Grand Salon (part of warm-up dances with BDC/IFDC) No experience required. Admission is Free. Donations or Annual Membership is Welcome.
Costumes are optional.
We introduce members and invited guests to a variety of historical ballroom dance styles via weekly dance lessons and special events (Saturday Nights) at UCLA Powell Library Rotunda and UCLA Kerckhoff Hall Grand Salon. Event include live music and guest speakers/performers. Period costumes are welcome. Dance styles include: English Regency (Jane Austen era), Victorian, Renaissance, Ragtime, Baroque, Early California, 1920's and more.
