Session 2: Outdoor Yoga & Meditation for Stress Relief, Fall 2017
Join us this fall for four outdoor yoga and meditation sessions on the front lawn of Yale Health. Get out of your labs and classrooms for an hour of relaxation and stress relief under the sun! These sessions will be led by the amazing Tracy George, a Yale Health Educator, who also runs the Koru Mindfulness series across campus.
This event is BYOM (bring your own mat), or you can simply practice on the grass and embrace being outside. The sessions are free, but you must register in advance!
