Your Ultimate Spring Break Guide

Marymount’s orientation leader, peer mentor, and SGA Senator Devin Uriarte tells us why she loves Spring Break:

"Keeping motivated during spring semester is like trying to fry an egg on the sidewalk at night. It’s cold and grey outside, and by the time midterms roll around I've lost all motivation. Having a week to escape from all of my responsibilities and be able to travel and have fun is exactly what I need in order to come back and finish off the semester strong.”

Spread the MU love this Valentine's Day!

With cold winds jetting around campus, Valentines Day is a warm holiday to celebrate whether you love the chocolate boxes or aren't a fan of the giant teddy bears.

There are plenty of ways to spread and feel the love as a Marymount Saint! Here are some Valentine's Day tips:

1- Give your neighbor a flower or a heartfelt card!

If you're a resident, try sending love to the dorm room next to you. You'll never know what friendships could spark when you do or say the...

Alli DiMartino

Leaving sticky notes on cars is my favorite way to spread love.. especially if I notice they have a sticker from my alma mater or my favorite sports team!

Devin A Uriarte

My favorite Valentine's Day memory was my freshman year of high school when a secret admirer filled my locker up with rose petals and our custodian yelled at me to clean up the mess. Someone should of done the same to his custodial room to cheer him up.

Kelly Ann Colligan

I love all the different types of candy they give out because it is an easy way I was able to make people smile and it tastes good Once I made a joke to my neighbor's who i use to babysit how i love kit Kats, and for valentines day I got four buckets of Kit Kats for four years straight from each kid! Definitely made me smile!
