Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser & Soup Packet Packaging Project
Organizational Information: The Grange is a Non-Profit Fraternal organization with roots in the rural community.
Opportunity Description: Everyone is invited to the Whelan Grange Hall enjoy a pancake breakfast for $8, which will support the Whelan-Ewartsville Grange. STUDENTS DO NOT HAVE TO PARTICIPATE IN PANCAKE BREAKFAST TO PARTICIPATE IN EVENT. After breakfast, join others who are serving the community by packaging soup for the new Potlatch Food Bank. Students will earn civic engagement time for participating in the soup packaging project.
Days/Times: Saturday November 19 from 8AM – 10:30AM
Location: Whelan Grange Hall, 4902 SR 27, Pullman, WA, 99136
Requirments: Dress for the weather.
- Students are responsible for bringing a Record of Civic Engagement Form to each time they are on site or at the community agency where they are serving. Additionally, students are required to obtain the appropriate signature from their community partner supervisor. Students can pick up a blank form at the CCE office (CUB LL48) on the WSU Pullman Campus or online here.
- Completed hours may be submitted online here. Select 'Whelan-Ewartsville Grange #114' under the Service Partner drop down and complete the form.
