SAFAB Student Fee Allocation Request Form FY20
Please use the following form to submit your fee report or request to be reviewed by the Student Activities Fee Advisory Board (SAFAB). Even if your department or unit is not requesting an increase to its activity fee allocation, please complete the form to indicate you are requesting no change and the same amount in allocation as the previous fiscal year. After submitting, we will contact you to schedule a 10 to 15 minute presentation (with time also for Q & A) with SAFAB on November 26 or 27, 2018.

Student Activity Fee Timeline
October 29: Campus invitation to submit student fee allocation reports and requests.
November 16: Reports and requests due.
November 26 and 27: Campus units present reports and requests to SAFAB.
