SAFAB Student Fee Allocation Request Form
Please use the following form to submit your fee report or request to be reviewed by the Student Activities Fee Advisory Board (SAFAB). After submitting, we will contact you to schedule a 10 to 15 minute presentation (with time also for Q & A) with SAFAB between December 5 - 9, 2016.

Student Activity Fee Timeline
November 1: Campus invitation to submit student fee allocation reports and requests.
November 30: Reports and requests due.
December 5 - 9: Campus units present reports and requests to SAFAB.
