MORE Program Registration [Fall 2018]
The MORE Program is a sophomore and higher level leadership development program designed to fit the busy schedule of involved student leaders at the University of Louisville. The purpose of the program is to assist in the development of the skills in students that are most desirable to employers. Through various leadership activities, students will gain experience in team building, decision making, problem solving, effective communication, and influencing others.
The MORE Program is broken into four stages, (1) Dream, (2) Learn, (3) Do, and (4) Become. Each stage is independent of the other and can be completed in any order, though we recommend you start with Dream MORE. Students that successfully complete stages 1-3 will earn a badge (like a patch). Students that complete the Become MORE stage will earn a medallion that may be worn at their commencement ceremony.
How does the program work?
Students enroll in the program by submitting this OrgSync form. Once your enrollment is accepted, you will begin working through modules in the MORE Program organization in Blackboard. Students record and earn credit for participating in various leadership activities, but submitting reflections or assignments based on the involvement opportunity. When students complete all the required achievements for a badge, they will be notified by the Office of Student Involvement.
What are the benefits of participating in the MORE Program?
