Leadership Educators - A trained group of students who present workshops on leadership topics for classes, work teams, clubs, organizations, professional associations, and other groups who want to increase their effectiveness. Leadership 101 Workshops - A drop-in personal development leadership series. There are 14 sessions throughout the academic year, attending 7 will make you a Leadership 101 graduate on your co-curricular transcript.
App Horizons - 10-week leadership development program in the Spring that focuses on life after college, self-discovery, and pursuing employment that is congruent with life values.
Leadership Coaching - Enhance your effectiveness as a leader with the Leadership Coaching Program! Any student can work with a Leadership Coach to help you create and achieve goals related to time management, relationships, delegation, conflict management, decision making, professionalism, and more! INTERSECT Social Justice Retreat - INTERSECT is a three-day immersion retreat aimed at empowering students to take positive action on our campus. The retreat is designed to help educate participants about the concepts of social justice and leadership through exploration of their own stories, the stories of others, exploring issues of oppression and privilege, developing contacts and support networks across campus, and developing skills to be an ally to many different groups.
