2013-2014 SDACA Awards Nomination Form

The SDACA Awards Ceremony is an annual celebration honoring the dedication and commitment of each student leader and organization at the Pace University New York City campus. Each spring, we gather to recognize the many contributions made by them for our community at large.

Please use this form to nominate individual student leaders and organizations for the awards listed below.  The ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, May 7, 2014 in the Courtyard from 5pm-8pm.

Please note, you may be asked to provide the following information for award nominations: nominee contact information and supporting documentation such as resume, recommendation letter, or event listings, and flyers.  The Awards Review Committee uses this information to fairly evaluate all nominees and choose the most appropriate winner based on a number of key factors, including, but not limited to, proper planning, timeliness, compliance with University policies, community engagement, and more.

ALL NOMINATIONS AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS ARE DUE FRIDAY, APRIL 25 by 5pm via OrgSync.
