Open to all students, faculty and staff! Experience various types of relaxation and meditation techniques to help calm and relax the mind. No experience necessary.  Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. To join, please show up in the above location at least 5 minutes prior to start time.  No appointment required! (Please wear comfortable clothing).
