Open to all students, faculty and staff. Experience various types of relaxation and meditation techniques to help calm and relax the mind. No experience necessary.  Yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided. To join, come to Whitlock, Room 568 at least 5 minutes prior to start time.  No appointment required. (Please wear comfortable clothing).
