Welcome WIU!

SHRM's mission as an organization is to educate and prepare fellow students with resources that benefit
students in planning and preparing for their future careers. We accomplish this by hosting speaker panels, career-prep workshops, and professional events to shape students into the professionals they aspire to be. SHRM also collaborates with other student organizations and departments on campus to achieve our goal of reaching as many students as possible. We greatly value helping others get ready and get fully equipped to take on their careers post-graduation.
