GAW XVII Wish Collection Sign-up Form for Brain Tumour Society (Singapore) and Fei Yue Community Services
Aloha! Hello! Welcome to the sign-up form of Grant A Wish (GAW) XVII! :)
Grant A Wish is an annual special project under NUS Students' Community Service Club (CSC). Currently in its 17th year, GAW XVII seeks to fulfill the wishes of our selected Beneficiary Organisation.
This year, the theme for our project is "Dive into your sea of dreams", where we aim to impart knowledge about the ocean and environment through storytelling and encourage freedom in vast imagination for our beneficiaries.
We will be taking our first dive by collecting the wishes of the beneficiaries from Brain Tumour Society (Singapore) (BTSS) and Fei Yue Community Services (FYCS). For FYCS, we will be working with those under Fei Yue Senior Activity Centre (Teck Whye) and Fei Yue Student Care Centre (Choa Chu Kang). For BTSS, volunteers will be working with children with Brain Tumour and their siblings. For FYCS, volunteers will be working with underprivileged children and senior citizen at the risk of social isolation. Sign-ups are solely based on a first-come-first-serve basis. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful registration.
*NOTE: We will be using Telegram (messaging platform) to disseminate information before, during and after the volunteering session. This is in consideration of the privacy of our volunteers, as volunteers will not be able to obtain each other’s phone numbers in the created group chat. Volunteers’ phone numbers will only be used by the GAW XVII committee for GAW-related matters and in the case of emergencies.
