Jul 24, 2017 by Stephen J Redfern
Are you currently enrolled at Griffith University and want to represent the uni at the national titles? All are welcome to complete this registration form and lodge your interest to trial for the 2017 Griffith AUG team!
This news post is to update you with all of the information needed to apply for the 2017 Australian University Games Baseball team.
We are holding our first of two trials this Sunday (30th July) at Robina Common with warm-up commencing at 1100am. All are welcome to come try out and we will have external independent selectors there to help us. There will be position drills, bullpen work for those nominating as pitcher/catcher, situational batting with both live pitching and a hack attack pitching machine, and maybe even some arm velo with the radar if you're interested!
Trial #1: Sunday 30th July, 1100am @ Robina Baseball, Robina Common, Ron Penhaligon Way, Robina
Trial #2: Saturday 5th August, 1000am @ Hendra All-Stars Baseball, 116 Gerler Rd, Hendra
If you cannot attend either of these trial dates, you must still register your interest but also complete an absentee form. If you fail to attend and/or complete an absentee form, you cannot be eligible for selection.
