SLCC Event Agreement
This form must accompany all SLCC scheduling requests to confirm the advisor, dean, or director of the group requesting space understands the responsibility of the group in scheduling this event. As the official approver of the event, you will be accountable for any issues, damages, or charges incurred by this group. If you are working with an outside group, you will be the responsible party for "hosting" this group, that means you pay for the equipment, space, food or other billable items. Please see policy and procedure outlined below for more details. Your event will not be scheduled or location reserved until this has been approved.
