Bula Vinaka! Aloha! Kia Ora! Talofa! Maeva! Malo e leilei!
We are a lively group of students with most of our members having relations to the pacific islands. However, we are open to anyone and everyone to join our club, in fact, it would be a pleasure to welcome those who want to learn more as we pride ourself in enriching, promoting, educating and celebrating our different pacific islander cultures. So, come on in!
Meetings/Workshops: Every Friday's from 3:00pm - 4:00pm at NASCC (Native American Student Community Center) #170
THE PURPOSE OF THE PIC SHALL BE:

experience and education of PSU and Pacific Islander students.
2. Provide a safe space that fosters a sense of belonging and promotes valuable friendships that extend beyond the university experience.
3. Implement programming to increase and improve avenues of communication and interaction between the university and Pacific Islander community.
Student Organization- SALP
If you are a new group, you will be given a Portland State e-mail for your organization. This is the primary e-mail for your group.
This should be a Portland State phone number. If you do not have an office, you can request a voice mail line. For safety reasons, please do not list a personal phone number here.
If your group has a selective membership process, please describe it here.
Our club is open to ALL members of the Portland State University community, as well as the broader Portland and surrounding communities. We have membership forms that ask basic questions about schooling and what you do as a way for us (the club officers) to better understand you. New members who want to see what the club is about can come to any of our general meetings on Fridays at 3:00 pm in the Native American Student & Community Center (NASCC) Rm. 170 or events (all FREE to students). Please come and stop by or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
