Welcome to the Social Justice League!

We are dedicated to spreading the message of social justice and building stronger relationships in our communities. We put words into action and volunteer with many organizations and give presentations throughout the year!

All CSUEB students can volunteer at any of the events and attend all meetings.

Meetings for Fall 2017 will be held in AE 391

1st Meeting: October 3 9:15 a.m.-9:50 a.m.

2nd meeting: November 7 9:15 a.m.-9:50 a.m.

3rd meeting: November 28 9:15 a.m.-9:50 a.m.

Selection process/membership requirements

Please list information about the organizations selection process and include membership requirements if applicable.

Anyone on campus can become a member and attend events/meetings. Members who attend all meetings and participate in one event each quarter will receive a certificate of recognition at the end of each quarter.

Our goals are to advocate for Social Justice at our university and in our community We plan to volunteer with organizations or create our own opportunities at least 3 times each quarter.

What types of events do you hold?

(For example: social, service, brotherhood/sisterhood, leadership, physical/fitness, etc.)

We volunteer with different organizations such as, Project Night Night, Circle of Care, Kids Breakfast, School Supplies for Oakland Children's Hospital, Delivering bag lunches/care packages to the homeless, and other events with the City of Hayward. We are always looking for opportunities to help our community and welcome all members and suggestions of ways to spread social justice!
