Camp Boggy Creek's Annual Holiday Party!
Camp Boggy Creek's mission is to foster a spirit of joy by creating a free, safe and medically-sound camp environment that enriches the lives of children with serious illnesses and their families.
Camp Boggy Creek is a proud member of SeriousFun Children's Network. Founded by Paul Newman, SeriousFun Children’s Network is a growing global community of independently managed and financed camps and programs creating opportunities for children with serious illnesses and their families to reach beyond illness and discover joy, confidence and a new world of possibilities, always free of charge.
Each holiday season, Camp Boggy Creek hosts an annual holiday party in celebration of current and past campers, their families, and friends of Camp Boggy Creek! This event is a "homecoming" with live music, carnival games, arts and crafts, entertainment, and food!
Volunteers are needed to:
- Set up and decorate event tables
- Host games throughout the party
- Host arts and crafts tables
- Serve food to families and guests
- Support clean up and break down of the event
All volunteers should complete a short online application that will become available October 30 on Camp Boggy Creek's volunteer resources page.
- Volunteers must be at least 19 years old
