The membership system will be up and running soon. Please do not add any members into the system until after Chapter Presidents Conference.
We ask that in the meantime you begin collecting the necessary information to add your members to the membership system, so that you will be ready to process when it is available. As a policy, this year your members will not be eligible to compete in CDE/LDE’s unless they are processed on your membership roster.
If you need members transferred from a middle school, junior chapter or another school please notify Erin Walker Erin.Walker@flafffa.org, please do not add them as new members to your roster. When the system is ready for new rosters, we will send you links to help guides to get your membership uploaded.
Affiliate Membership: Chapters who are interested in program affiliation must declare (to Florida FFA) by October 1st that your chapter plans to participate in the simplified affiliation model. This declaration must be made BEFORE entering any students in the membership roster. To declare that your chapter will participate in the Affiliation Model for this school year, please complete the enrollment at this link: http://floridaffa.formstack.com/forms/mem_affiliation
Each chapter that affiliated last year will automatically be renewed in membership affiliation, unless you email Erin.Walker@flaffa.org by October 1st and opt out of the program. Once the decision is made for a school year, you cannot opt out of the program until the following school year.
Attached to this email, you will find the Affiliation Fee Schedule. It is the same schedule from the 2018-2019 school year.
