Final Deadline - Membership Roster - April 1, 2019

Mar 28, 2019 by Ronnie Simmons

FFA Advisors,

We are approaching the final opportunity to update your FFA membership roster for this school year.  Below you will find a status report for your chapter’s membership submission (as of noon today).  Please review the attached report for accuracy and take any necessary actions as soon as possible.  If your chapter is colored RED or YELLOW, we need to hear from you before April 1.  Regardless of the color coding, if you have more members to add to your roster, please add them as soon as possible.

Important Next Steps...

For those chapters who opted for the traditional dues method, our billing system is up-to-date and all members on your roster have been invoiced.  We will send additional invoices for any additional members you wish to add to your roster.

For those chapters that opted into the Membership Affiliation program, it is important that all students enrolled in your agriculture program are included on your membership roster.  If there are multiple teachers in your program, this includes their students as well.  This means that the total number of students taking agriculture at your school should match the total number of FFA members on your roster.  Once the data is available, we will be comparing your FFA membership roster total to the FTE number reported to the Florida Department of Education to ensure reporting accuracy to National FFA.  This membership process must be complete by Monday, April 1st by 5:00 PM at which time you will receive an invoice for your membership affiliation fee.

As always, please let us know if you need assistance with your membership roster.

Respectfully,

Ronnie D. Simmons
