State Officer Application Information

Please let this email serve as a reminder to those of you who have students who are planning to run for State FFA Office. 

Candidates are required to complete and submit the State Officer application along with three, sealed letters of recommendation as outlined below.

State Officer Applications should consist of the following:

  • State Officer Application (with all signatures)
  • Three, sealed letters of recommendation: One (1) FFA advisor recommendation and two (2) other recommendations (community, school, church, etc.)
  • Florida FFA Parent Permission and Emergency Medical Form

After completing this online application at https://floridaffa.formstack.com/forms/2019_state_officer_app  you should be redirected to, and e-mailed a copy of the pre-filled application.

This application is due in the Florida FFA Headquarters office by March 1st at 5:00pm Eastern Time. This is not a postmark date and late applications will not be considered.
