Welcome to ASL Club's orgsync page. We would love to have student's present at our meetings and use the resources that the university provides to its students. Our vision at ASL club is to create a cross-cultural relationship amongst the Deaf and Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) and hearing students and faculty at Metrostate university. Through this opportunity in building relationship amongst students, the goal is to help one another grow, learn and become an aware and involved community. Hope you join!
The main goal is to get to know each other and learn and teach each other using sign language. Another goal is for us to become more aware of the Deaf culture.
Membership in registered student organizations must be open to all persons without regard to race, color, sex, sexual or affectional preference, religion, national or ethnic origin, handicap, or disability. Members of student organizations are expected to adhere to standards of conduct established by Divisions and Departments of the University.
Groups must have four (4) officers who are degree-seeking students and who have paid the activity fee. By submitting this form you certify that the above information is true and correct, and further, that the constitution and/or operational rules of this organization are in accordance the policies and regulations regarding student groups. You further authorize Metropolitan State to release the contact information not listed as private to those requesting information about this organization.
For purposes of this form we list the four officers as: President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. We understand that your organization Bylaws/Rules will use the actual titles for your organization.
